We're seeking a results-driven Senior Accountant with a strong foundation in operational accounting and hands-on experience working within ERP systems . This role is pivotal to maintaining accurate financials, optimizing key accounting cycles, and driving better business decisions through process integrity and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead key functions in the monthly close process, ensuring completeness and accuracy across multiple entities and accounts.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Accounting Manager on operational accounting initiatives and reporting cadence.

Take ownership of complex GL functions including :

Revenue recognition and performance obligations

Prepaids and amortization schedules

AP accruals and fixed asset tracking

Lease accounting (ASC 842) entries and tracking

Warranty liabilities and rebate estimations

Secondary Responsibilities :

Accurate, timely calculation of commission payouts and bonus accruals

Support operational areas including :

AR collections, AP reconciliations, and bank / general ledger reviews

Ad hoc financial projects, system reconciliations, and process audits

What We’re Looking For

Required :

ERP system experience (preferably Sage Intacct)
