Valuation Coordinator - Residential Real Estate Valuation

The Valuation Coordinator will coordinate fulfilling residential real estate valuation orders (appraisal and non-appraisal orders) to ensure client SLAs, guidelines, and company objectives are met. They will perform all duties per the company's policies and procedures and all state and federal laws and regulations within the company's operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain and manage the Company's pipeline of residential valuation orders.
• Order residential appraisals, BPOs, or AVMs, as necessary.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Upload completed products to the appropriate client platform.
• Communicate updates on order status to the client.
• Create and deliver client-level reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
