ICU Step-Down Unit (TCU) Position
Located on the sixth floor of the Tower at Freeman Hospital West, this 20-bed ICU step-down unit provides care for high acuity patients that require close monitoring. Strong focus on the "why" behind patient care.
Under the direction / supervision of a nurse, provides basic nursing care needs for assigned patients.
Requirements :
- Active Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 60 days.
- Must successfully pass Patient Care Orientation (PCO) within 30 days of hire.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Program (CPI) within 365 days.
- NT Competency Day annually by transcript due date.
