Project Manager For Industrial Refrigeration Projects
We are one of the largest mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors in Indiana and among the preeminent specialty contractors in the nation. We specialize in a full range of new and retrofit construction for industrial, food processing, commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-fuel projects.
Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Project Manager for our industrial refrigeration projects. In this role, you will be tasked to pre-plan and manage construction projects utilizing all company resources, resulting in satisfied customers, increased productivity, and increased profitability.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Maintain up-to-date change order, subcontractor, RFI, and contingency logs.
- Work with operations manager to ensure labor plan is being carried out.
- Create mechanical schedule and man loading charts on all projects.
- Consistently submit accurate, timely, and complete estimates and change order quotations.
- Communication with purchasing and fabrication shop to secure schedule, scope, and price.
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment.
- Satisfy customers' needs to develop repeat business.
- Other duties as assigned.
