Job descriptionTravelers : $2,500$2,700 / week (taxable + stipends, based on 4x10 schedule) Local Candidates : $48$55 / hour (without stipends) Provide comprehensive inpatient and acute care pharmacy services. Manage and monitor therapeutic drug levels and clinical dosing adjustments. Support interdisciplinary teams with medication therapy management. Prepare and compound medications, IV piggybacks, IV pushes, and analgesics. Participate in code responses and provide emergency pharmacologic support. Adhere to all sterile technique and compounding standards. Anticoagulants, Antibiotics, and High-Risk Medications Pharmacokinetic, Renal, and Geriatric Dosing Pediatric and Cardiac Dosing Clinical Dosing and Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Compounding, Sterile Technique, and IV Administration Psychotherapeutic and Pain Management Medications Code Response and Critical Care Environments Allscripts EMR experience required. Residency training (PGY1) preferred but not required. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Required BLS Required ACLS Required Active California Pharmacist License Required at time of submission Open to first-time travelers.

Schedule : 7 On / 7 Off (ThursdayWednesday rotation)
Duration : 13 weeks to start
