Job Summary : The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, staging, packing, and shipping inventory. This role ensures the efficient, timely, and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and production needs, while maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project, department milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

- Manages department employees, priorities, and productivity in a freeze-dried manufacturing warehouse environment : plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
- Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment or receives raw material by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.
- Ensures proper inventory, staging, and process flow of product throughout production facility.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory.
- Knowledge and understanding of ERP transactions and movements.
- Troubleshooting ERP challenges throughout multiple departments to maintain process flows.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders in the ERP system.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations in the ERP.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to manage stock levels and order new inventory as needed.
- Knowledge of all duties is to be cross-functional.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management demonstrating progressively responsible roles. Preferred : A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.ERP ExperienceInventory Management ExperienceMust possess a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.An ability to think ahead, plan and prepare action plans to achieve results.An ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee relations.The possession of quality orientation and attention to detail, problem analysis, and resolution.In addition to, strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to perform the following functions with or without accommodations :
