A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Specialist (CL8+).
Key Responsibilities :
Provide expert-level support and development on the ServiceNow platform within ITSM and related modules
Lead and coordinate enhancement requests through Agile stories and manage Business-as-Usual incident and request queues
Design, build, and execute Automated Test Framework test suites, and manage third-party integrations with ServiceNow
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
Proven experience with ITSM modules, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations (REST / SOAP APIs)
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and application design
Experience with Automated Test Framework for testing and release validation
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
