Patient Access Supervisor

A company is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient insurance authorization and medical documentation processes

Resolve inquiries from patients, medical offices, and insurance companies

Lead the Patient Access team to achieve performance metrics and goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associates Degree in Healthcare, Medical Office, Management, or related field; Bachelor's preferred

3-5 years of experience in healthcare, medical office, or customer service

1-2 years of team leadership experience preferred

Knowledge of insurance treatment authorization and / or precertification preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
