Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Minimum of 10 years of relevant project experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including 3D surface and pipe design. Solid understanding of design standards and production procedures. Familiarity with tools such as PondPack, Hydroflow, HEC-RAS, XP-SWMM, and ICM is a plus. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Competitive salary range : $120,000 - $160,000 annually, with eligibility for discretionary annual bonuses. A well established and respected architecture, engineering, and construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its Civil / Site Engineering team. This role involves the design and plan production of projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sectors nationwide.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead civil engineering design efforts from project inception through completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and cost controls.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff.
- Review design calculations and plans for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Assist in preparing permit applications for relevant agencies.
