ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a team member with Frank T Armetta State Farm Insurance, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Work with the agent / office manager to establish and meet marketing goalsDevelop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.QUALIFICATIONS :
Must be able to obtain relevant property and casualty licenses.Must be able to obtain relevant life and health licenses.Proven experience working as a financial services representative.Exceptional customer service skills.Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferredBilingual preferred, Spanish, but not necessary.
