This is a remote position.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media promptly and professionally.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices.

Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to process improvements.

Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management.

Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
