Job Description As a Senior Salesperson, you will work directly with our territory’s top interior design clients to educate, collaborate, sample, and sell.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Build strong, long-term client relationships and leverage them to generate sales across all product categories, with a special focus on custom products.
• Conduct a minimum of 32 presentations per month, both in and outside the showroom.
• Drive client growth through comprehensive product presentations, new collection showings, project-specific meetings, and library updates.
• Keep Territory and Showroom Managers informed of all travel and client appointments.
• Partner with Holland & Sherry sales leaders and outside vendors for joint sales calls.
• Maintain accurate records and input all activity into our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Client Services to ensure quick, efficient communication regarding stocked products.
• Partner with Junior Sales on all custom product sales.
• Support day-to-day showroom operations in partnership with the Showroom / Territory Manager — including daily updates, follow-ups, client outreach, and sales support.
