What You Will Do :
- Plan and conduct yoga classes for all levels (beginner to advanced)
- Adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
- Demonstrate yoga postures
- Provide hands-on adjustments for correct alignment
- Develop and maintain safe and effective class routines
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants
- Educate participants on the benefits of yoga
- Encourage and motivate students to reach their goals
Requirements :
- High school diploma
- Ability to teach twice a week.
- Certification from a recognized yoga training program
- In-depth knowledge of yoga postures, techniques, and philosophy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
