The Gig :
The UAT Tester will execute UAT strategy for all Sailor-facing digital products across the enterprise set forth by the Enterprise Product Delivery team.
This role will require close coordination between stakeholders for Marketing's Digital Products, ensuring a smooth handover between teams.
The Product Delivery Analyst will support business teams by creating test cases, test data, and aligning release schedules (Marketing / IT) for UAT testing.
They will collaborate with other EPD team members to capture and centralize all requirements. Additionally, they will work in a scrum master capacity for internal teams adhering to SAFE Agile best practices and processes by removing obstacles and establishing an environment where teams can be effective.
What You'll Be Up To :
- Ensure enterprise products align to original requirements
- Ensure testing best practices for enterprise products
- Product liaison between business stakeholders and IT
- Review, capture, and enter defects identified by team members
- Validate enterprise product features through manual testing
- Non-functional testing of enterprise products
- Create test scenarios for UAT testing across lines of business (End to End)
- Create test plan for enterprise product testing
- Maintain / Execute test scenarios for UAT testing
- Capture and enter additional business requirements when needed
- Ensure the proper process is followed for non-functional items
- Participate in SAFE agile ceremonies
Superpowers Required :
- 2+ years of professional digital products experience
- Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry experience preferred
- Experience with testing tools, digital processes
- QA testing experience with guest-facing applications (Mobile, Desktop)
- Experience working in multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Ability to work independently and build consensus within a cross-departmental team
- SAFE Agile best practices experience
- Meticulously detail oriented tester
- Knowledge of marketing tools (Magnolia CMS, Salesforce, air table) a plus
- Knowledge of eCommerce platform, SOR systems, API, and Mobile testing
- Business system support a plus
- Enforcing process best practices, tools and systems, and processes
- Relevant degree a plus
