A company is looking for a Grievance and Appeals Quality Analyst, fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares and participates in external and internal audits
Analyzes quality and completeness of complaints and appeals documentation for compliance
Compiles reports on quality metrics to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
1+ years of Compliance experience
1+ years of External Audit Experience
1+ years of Grievance and Appeals Experience
1+ year of Medicare and / or Medicaid experience
High School Diploma or GED
