Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a Quality Manager in Plainfield, IN!

Shift : M-F | 8am-5pm

A Direct Hire Opportunity

Position Overview

Responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to align with regulatory standards and customer expectations. Focuses on preventative strategies, audits, document control, supplier quality, and product quality. Leads and mentors the Quality team to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance the QMS following regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA, EPA).
• Manage audit programs and document control accuracy.
• Oversee supplier quality management and product quality initiatives.
• Conduct and lead CAPAs, root cause analysis and risk assessments.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure quality processes are integrated.
• Promote continuous improvement with lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Prepare and present quality reports and support audits.
