Bluebonnet Ford Lincoln is seeking passionate, energetic individuals to join our growing Business Development Center. In this role, you will respond to service inquiries from multiple sources, assist customers with scheduling needs, and provide timely status updates. Our high-volume service department continues to expand, and you will play a key role as the voice of our service team-creating excellent first impressions and delivering an outstanding ownership experience.

No prior automotive experience is required. Strong customer service, listening skills, and the ability to multitask are essential.
