Graphic Designer/Web Designer
Overview : E-PAGA seeks a highly creative and skilled graphic designer / web designer to join our instructional design and publications team.
The graphic designer / web designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually compelling graphics, web layouts, and materials that align with the program’s mission and strategies.
This position requires a strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and creating engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities for this role include : Collaborate with the marketing communications team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, posters, infographics, web layouts, and social media graphics Develop innovative and compelling visual concepts that align with marketing strategies and objectives Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials Optimize graphics and web layouts for various digital and print channels to enhance user experience Coordinate with the knowledge management team as needed for publication of web content Coordinate with UI / UX designer to ensure web content provides an engaging and user-friendly experience Collaborate in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of web content Make recommendations for improving web content accessibility Ensure products conform to all production standards, copyright laws, accessibility compliance requirements, and public release protocols Conduct technical quality checks Manage an approved concept and build it in HTML / CSS so it complies with responsive design principles Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design, web development, and user experience to inform and improve design decisions Security Clearance : Secret Location : Crystal City, VA, with some remote work possible after onboarding Travel : Some travel required (
