The role :
Join us in Nashville, TN as we expand our service department with the introduction of a Field Service Engineer role. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service, we're seeking individuals who can provide efficient, high-quality support to our customers.
Based in Tennessee, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, ensuring the optimal performance of all our brands and products.
Reporting directly to the Regional Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in our mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Acting as the primary point of contact for our customers, representing our brands with expertise and professionalism.
- Diagnosing and resolving system issues to maintain quality and productivity levels.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve field-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Generating comprehensive service reports and updating database records.
- Assessing warranty claims and compiling necessary data for validation.
- Providing training to customers on the correct usage of the equipment and software.
- Conducting training sessions for personnel on equipment repair techniques.
- This role is full-time with a structured work schedule, including occasional early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts as required.
- Local and national travel may be necessary, comprising approximately 70% local and 30% national travel.
Requirements :
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving field equipment issues.
- Demonstrate proficiency in blueprint reading and technical comprehension.
- Be customer-centric, prioritizing customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Work remotely, reporting to the New Hudson facility.
- Have familiarity with manufacturing or assembly plant environments.
- Exhibit strong written communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts.
- Be driven to achieve performance targets.
