Overview

Job Function : Responsible for leading key Medical Communications accounts from a Creative perspective. This role includes directing and / or reviewing all work produced by full-time and freelance staff. The Group Art Supervisor must ensure that all work produced meets the standards set by the agency and client(s). This is a hands-on position, requiring the individual to produce an appropriate proportion of creative work.

Reports to : VP, Group Creative Director

Responsibilities

Creative / Hands-on Work (60%)

• Partner with Scientific Directors to create dynamic, persuasive, and highly credible medical communications
• Build immersive, engaging presentations and live experiences
• Take on appropriate projects and own them, start to finish
• Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Attend market research and advisory boards as appropriate

Compensation Range : $105,165 - $151,095 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
