Compensation

Hourly Pay Rate : $80.91

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1950 - $2060

Med / Surg RN Job Details

Healthcare Setting : Acute Care, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry Float

Location : On-site in Bethlehem, PA

Nursing Shift : Night shifts (6 : 45pm – 7 : 15am)

Schedule : 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours / week)

Contract Duration : 13-week contract

Start Date : December 22, 2025

Weekend / Holiday : Every other weekend and every other holiday required (requests off for all 3 major holidays will not be accepted)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg or Acute Care nursing experience

Ability to float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, and specialty units (Same Day Surgery, Detox, Bone Marrow Transplant, Mental Health, IDD)

BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units

Float to specialty units as needed, adapting to various patient populations

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
