• 2+ years of experience with full-cycle accounts payable
• Experience processing 200+ invoices weekly
• Strong proficiency with Excel (must know pivot tables and VLOOKUPS)
• Experience with full-cycle accounts payable processes

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves coding invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records for a diverse book of clients using proprietary ERP software. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, working with both internal teams and external customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial integrity.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
