Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

A respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a background in Wound Care to provide services in skilled nursing facilities throughout the northern Atlanta suburbs. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity ideal for an advanced practitioner who enjoys autonomy and continuity of care.

Opportunity Details :

• Setting : Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
• Schedule : 1 2 days per week, ongoing coverage
• Patient Volume : Approximately 5 6 onsite patients per day; total caseload of about 300 patients across assigned facilities
• Flexibility : Ability to provide care during after-hours or weekends if desired
• Responsibilities : Perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and manage treatment plans, and collaborate with facility staff to optimize patient outcomes
