Elan Financial Services, a division of U.S. Bank, partners with over 1,200 financial institutions and credit unions to deliver turnkey credit card programs for consumers and small businesses. As a Marketing Leader, you'll drive customer-centric, multi-channel strategies that fuel growth, retention, and engagement. You'll lead a high-performing team, optimize performance through data-driven insights, and collaborate across functions to bring impactful marketing programs to life in client retail banking branches and related channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across channels
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate ROI and optimize performance
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships to support brand and business goals
• Collaborate with product, sales, technical teams, and external agencies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
