    Towson, MD| Full-Time, In-Office | $16$19 / hour

    ComForCare Home Care is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and caregiver scheduling. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, wed love to hear from you!

    What You'll Do :

    • Coordinate caregiver schedules and shift changes
    • Support hiring and onboarding tasks
    • Maintain HR, client, and compliance records
    • Handle billing support and supply management
    • Manage social media updates and engagement
    • Assist leadership with scheduling and communication
    • Serve as a point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors
    • What You Bring :

    • 2+ years of admin experience (healthcare a plus)
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; 50+ WPM preferred
    • High school diploma required; degree preferred
