Bryn Neil is recruiting for a Sales Engineer in Denver, CO. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a fast-growing team delivering high level technical solutions across multiple cleared government programs.

This is a highly visible role both externally to our client base, and internally to our engineering team. You will work closely with our CTO, SVP Programs and Sr.

Engineering Team Director to ensure we are well positioned to deliver on technical needs across multiple programs, provide guidance and mentorship to our engineers across the full systems delivery lifecycle, and forge relationships with both existing and new clients to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

While the majority of this role will be work-from-home, the successful candidate for this role will live within daily commuting distance of Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Growing our federal business in Colorado through further extending our reach at current clients utilizing existing business relationships.
  • Securing new clients and business relationships through relationship development and new business capture.
  • Understanding and qualifying clients' program and corresponding engineering resource needs and translating those to technical delivery opportunities for Bryn Neil.
  • Working hand in hand with our Engineering Team to provide our clients with optimal engineering solutions pursuant to those opportunities.
  • As required, programmatic support to our SVP Programs and CTO when dictated by special projects.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Broad-based technical background, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Software or Systems Engineering with some exposure to sales, capture, or business development; or ,
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering role; or,
  • Minimum of 2 years' of senior level engineering experience (Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Project Engineer).
  • Experience should be gained at, or at a vendor to, a prime government contractor delivering on highly technical and complex federal government programs.
  • MS in Computer Science or other relevant technical discipline a plus.
  • Active TS / SCI security clearance a plus.
