IT Program Manager – Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

The Organizations IT Enterprise Strategy & Architecture (ESA) division is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of complex, cross-domain technology initiatives . This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical and program management expertise, working closely with architecture teams across Enterprise, Cloud, Platform, Data & AI, Application, and Network domains .

The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology leader who can bridge strategy and execution — driving cohesive delivery across multiple IT functions including Capital Projects, Operational Technology, Infrastructure & Operations, Product, and Cybersecurity .

A critical part of this role involves developing executive dashboards and performance metrics to monitor employee bandwidth, optimize resource allocation, and ensure transparency in project performance.

This position supports senior leadership in advancing operational efficiency and long-term strategic planning across the ESA portfolio.
