About the Role

Were seeking a hands-on IT Director to lead and modernize our companys technology infrastructure. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can manage a small IT team, oversee ERP and network operations, and strengthen the companys security posture across systems and data environments.

Youll serve as both strategic leader and technical expert balancing daily operational support with long-term planning for scalability, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small IT team, including system administrators, help desk, and network staff.
• Define and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals and operational priorities.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and IT purchasing.
• Partner with department heads to identify opportunities for automation and system improvements.

ERP & Business Systems (SAP)

Network & Infrastructure

Security & Compliance

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of progressive IT experience , including 24 years in a leadership role .

Proven experience managing SAP ERP systems (implementation, customization, and support).

Strong network administration skills (firewalls, servers, VPNs, Windows environments).

Solid understanding of IT security principles and experience implementing layered defenses.

Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments preferred.
