Position Summary

As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects from conceptual design through construction administration. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing design solutions, producing high-quality documentation, and coordinating with consultants and contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to contribute to significant projects and grow within a dynamic and established firm. .

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration.
• Develop strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate client needs and program requirements into innovative and functional design solutions.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Coordinate with and manage the work of consultants, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent and contract documents.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architectural staff.
• Contribute to the firm's design culture and participate in internal project reviews and design discussions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
