Job Title : Accounts Receivable Lead

Pay Rate : $23 / hour to $25 / hour dependent upon applicable experience

Responsibilities :
- Input invoices into accounting system.
- Assist in processing 2000+ invoices monthly.
- Post daily bank deposits.
- Handle billing discrepancies.
- Provide customer service.
- Aging reports.
- Reconcile AR reports to the general ledger.
- Month end closing duties.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of full cycle accounts receivable
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
- Minimum of 8,000+ ksph
- Experience working within a large ERP system
