A company is looking for an Insurance Operations Coordinator - Commercial Lines.
Key Responsibilities
Process new business bind requests and agency bill renewals to enhance operational efficiency
Provide administrative support to the marketing team for proposal creation and documentation
Coordinate communication and workflow among various teams to ensure seamless operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in a related support role in the insurance industry preferred
Valid Property and Casualty License (P&C) preferred
Experience as a Business Services Specialist and / or Customer Service Representative is a plus
Proficiency in Agency Management Systems (AMS) is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in processing information
