Information Technology Internship

Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking a talented IT Internship to join our team and support our Broken Arrow operations. Our work environments are clean, climate controlled and safe. Arrowhead Winch does require applicants to complete a background check, drug test, and pre-employment physical as a condition of employment. Arrowhead Winch can accommodate part-time or full-time working hours based upon college class schedule. This is an on-site internship and hours must be completed during normal business hours.

IT Internship Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Information Technology Internship to join our team. The IT Intern will support our in-house IT department in providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, and configuring hardware and software. The IT Internship will work closely with the IT team to provide first-level technical support and assist in maintaining core systems and infrastructure. This position offers hands-on experience in end-user support, server maintenance, and data reporting within a dynamic business environment.

Requirements :

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with common hardware, software, and networking concepts is often required.
