Shasta Regional Medical Center, a 226-bed acute care hospital in Redding, California, is seeking a General Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Total Joint procedures to join its hospital-owned multi-specialty medical group. Practice Overview

Shasta Regional Medical Center serves Northern California with a full range of medical and surgical specialties. The orthopedic program benefits from strong community demand and referrals from primary care physicians and specialists throughout the region.

The incoming surgeon will focus primarily on Total Joint procedures while maintaining a general orthopedic surgical practice, supported by experienced surgical staff and modern operating room facilities.

What You'll Do

• Perform Total Joint and general orthopedic procedures
• Provide inpatient and outpatient orthopedic care
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists
• Participate in shared call coverage

Schedule

Full-Time

• Typical surgical and clinic hours approximately 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Call

• Approximately 1 week of call per month (shared schedule)

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Interest in Total Joint procedures and general orthopedic practice
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative approach to patient care
• Visa candidates welcome

Compensation

• Base salary starting at $535,000+ annually (depending on experience)
• Productivity bonus based on collections
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
