Responsibilities :
- Recruit and screen host families for international students
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to exchange students and host families
- Conduct orientations for students and host families
- Match students with suitable host families based on preferences and compatibility
- Monitor the well-being and academic progress of students placed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between students and host families
- Collaborate with schools, parents, and students to ensure a positive cultural exchange experience
