Job Description

Join a dynamic team at a manufacturing facility in Allentown, PA as a Staff Accountant. This hands-on role offers a comprehensive experience in monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting procedures, ledger entries, and exposure to fixed asset accounting. This position is ideal for those with a robust understanding of manufacturing accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and post transactions in areas such as A / P & A / R, billing, cash application, and payroll.
• Collaborate with an external payroll provider for payroll processing.
• Handle all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Ensure accurate ledger entries and fixed asset accounting.
• Utilize ERP systems to process transactions efficiently.
• Work closely with senior management to understand the company's business, products, and customers.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite in Allentown, PA, with work hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. There is flexibility in start times, with current team members starting as early as 6 : 30 AM.
