Assistant Project Manager

An Entertainment Client of Insight Global is looking for a Financial Project Coordinator to join their team. The goal of this position is to provide operational support for a post-production engineering group within a major studio. It serves to support the director and senior leadership of this group(which is heavily unionized).

Note : This is a 12 month contract and on site 4x a week

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3+ years' experience in a technology project management / coordination
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and organizing work effectively.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools : SmartSheet, MS Teams, PowerPoint or similar software
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Ideal experience in the following areas : past coordination experience to help consolidate ordering and purchasing
• Budget tracking and coordination
• Ordering supplies and facilities related responsibilities
• Experience / understanding of capital budget and expenses

Responsibilities :

Compensation : $51.90 / hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
