Key Responsibilities
Intake First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
Conduct emergency adjuster call outs via three-way calls with clients
Provide excellent customer service to internal team members and external customers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma is required
1-2 years of customer service experience
Strong computer and keyboard skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong work ethic
