Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder

Specific qualifications for this role include :

Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $16.00 per hour and$19.92 per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from$10.20to$13.80, a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.
