We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team. This role involves monitoring production assembly processes with a focus on enhancing efficiency, participating in production team meetings to drive continuous improvement, and establishing and monitoring inspection plans based on customer-required acceptance criteria. The Quality Engineer will ensure compliance with customer requirements and our Quality Management System, working collaboratively with engineers, manufacturing personnel, various management resources, and U.S. government representatives. Additional responsibilities include providing engineering assistance for lot acceptance test requirements, writing and incorporating detailed work instructions, and planning and conducting quality audits with formal reporting of findings.

• Conduct quality audits and report findings formally.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00 / yr.
