Position Overview
As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing effective email marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving conversions for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Initially, this position will be part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Your responsibilities will include developing responsive email templates, managing email automations, and implementing advanced segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and meaningful communication with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design responsive, visually appealing email templates, primarily using Klaviyo.
- Create and manage email automations to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
- Implement email segmentation strategies and build targeted audience lists.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance using key email KPIs and industry trends.
- Apply best practices in email marketing for DTC brands to drive performance and engagement.
What You Bring to the Table
At least 1 year of experience with Klaviyo or similar email service providers, preferably in an eCommerce setting.Proven experience in building responsive and visually appealing email templates.Demonstrated expertise in setting up and managing email automations.Skilled in audience segmentation and creating targeted email lists.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, particularly within the DTC landscape.Proficient in email reporting and analysis, with knowledge of key email performance indicators and trends.Success Roadmap
