The peer mentor will be responsible for the implementation of You're With Us! in our communities with our participants. Successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Support participant engagement and activities both 1 : 1 and within college group and community
- Compile data around inclusion for each activity
- Help brainstorm on problem solving around barriers that pop up within Positive Experience Design
- Assess how support services are helping with inclusion
- Supply content for social media around opportunities
They will work as an integral part of a small team. Innovation, creativity, and perseverance are paramount. The successful applicant will need to be a self-starter and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In return the successful applicant will have a lot of autonomy and (of course) impact! The CEO's office is in Dracut, but the mentor will work in their designated area with their mentees.
There will be supervision and assistance as needed, but there will not be a traditional 9 to 5 workday or office.
