NP / PA Orthopedic Walk-In Opportunities in Appleton and Oshkosh, WI -

The ThedaCare Orthopedic program is growing and seeking two experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join the Orthopedic Walk-In team to be located within the new state-of-the-art 230,000 sq. ft. dedicated orthopedic, spine, and pain care facility.  This position will be highly independent, but also having access to collaborate with subspecialties within the facility.

Most common cases treated at the Orthopedic Walk In clinic include sprains, strains, fractures, or dislocations.

Additional details :

• 1.0 and 0.5 FTE available (depending on preference)
• 0.5 FTE is needed in Appleton and 1.0 FTE is needed in Oshkosh, so the ability to split locations is an option
• Appleton Clinic hours : 7 AM to 7 PM Mon-Fri, 7 AM to 3PM weekends
• Oshkosh Clinic hours : 8 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri with intention to grow to Appleton clinic hours
• 100% Walk-In Clinic
• 20-30 patients per day
• Rotation with weekend shift
• Cross coverage of campuses desired for PTO / FMLA needs
• Prior Orthopedic or ED experience required

Appleton / Oshkosh Sports and Walk-In team currently consists of 4 physicians (hiring 1 more) and 5 APC's (hiring 1.5 additional FTE).
