Direct Counsel is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join a highly regarded firm.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of labor and employment law experience, with a strong background in wage and hour matters, PAGA claims, and class action litigation . Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California .

Key Qualifications :

• 3 to 6 years of labor and employment law experience
• Significant experience with wage and hour, PAGA, and class action matters
• Active California bar license

Compensation & Benefits :

The anticipated salary range for this position is $240,000 to $295,000 annually , depending on experience and education. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package , including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid parental leave, disability insurance, mental health resources, and more.

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA .
