Outside Sales Representative Requirements (Must-Haves)
Minimum 21 years of ageValid Massachusetts driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation3+ years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry (spirits strongly preferred)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to travel 3–5 days per week, including some weekendsAble to lift up to 50 poundsStrong relationship-building, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative teamIntegrity, dedication, and passion for growing a brandOutside Sales Representative Preferred Background & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)Experience with door-to-door, face-to-face, and on-premise sales outreachPrior success using social media or marketing activations to grow salesExperience educating retail and hospitality teams on product knowledgeComfort leading small group presentations or tastings
