Essential Duties and Responsibilities : (Include the following : other duties may be assigned)
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for assigned strategic accounts, aligning with OSS business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers / suppliers as well as the end customer, from individual contributors up through VP / Director levels
- Proactively maintain existing business, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers and manufacturers to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead several internal multi-disciplinary teams involved with supporting customer business, including assembled / engineered products, tools & safety, and commodities / warehouse / logistics / supply chain to achieve goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Proactively identify and address potential customer challenges and risks.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals to maximize performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to align regional strategies with overall company goals.
- Communicate effectively and consistently to the customer, by leading in-person and Teams meetings, organizing and deploying project kickoffs, providing sales and inventory reporting, attending customer training, marketing and social events
Compensation details : 165000-200000 Yearly Salary
