Currently, we are looking for a reliable, trustworthy apartment maintenance team member that is willing to maintain all aspects of our community's operations and objectives.
Job Duties :
- Day to day maintenance operations of assigned community (including but not limited to) : work orders, unit turns, curb appeal, preventative maintenance, preventive maintenance, vendor and inventory management.
- Compliant with all company standards and the employee handbook.
- Current on applicable laws.
- Ensures all inventory controls are in compliance with company standards.
- Works with the Community Manager as directed.
- Operates under the safety and operating standards as set forth by the company.
- Has the ability to work flexible hours and take on-call duty when necessary.
