We have been recognized as one of Inc 5000s fastest growing companies in the U.S. for 13 years in a row, and as a result, our teams continue to grow as well! / ppWhat Youll Do / pulliOwn the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and product demos to deal negotiation and close, with support from marketing and XDR / liliBuild a comprehensive understanding of our software solutions and competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) to best position these products in the market / liliEmpower our customers by connecting our value proposition directly to customer ROI / liliBuild trusted relationships that go beyond the first sale - earning repeat business, referrals, and customer loyalty by understanding what matters most to your clients / li / ulpAbout You / pulli1+ years of consultative, B2B sales w / closing experience (SaaS experience preferred) / liliAbility to cold call prospects and convert conversations into pipeline opportunities / liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills / liliPassion for sales and a self-driven sense of motivation / liliThe ability to act as a consultant and get prospects to think differently about their business / liliAttention to detail ability to thrive in a growing environment / liliIdeally located in one of our hub locations : Austin, TX (HQ), San Diego, Vancouver, Denver or Toronto! / li / ulpAdditional Information / ppIf you live near one of our offices in either San Diego or Austin - we work in a hybrid capacity! / ppAdditional Information : Estimated on-target earnings (OTE) : $130,000$140,000. This role includes uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to exceed your earnings potential based on performance. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ. 8am is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
