Job Description

Lead Requirement definition for Hardware designs
Define Embedded Systems Architectures
Define and simulate the architecture
Board level design, schematic capture, simulation
Specify mechanical requirements
Manage Hardware and Software integration phase
Lead prototyping and development testing
Document ICDs, assembly, test procedures, Product Specification
Mentor and Manage a reduced team of junior embedded developers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering or similar field
Demonstrated history in the design, prototyping, and testing of high reliability embedded electronic devices with 7+ years experience
Extensive experience in the design of embedded systems at architecture, hardware and software levels
Extensive board level design experience 7+ years

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive board level design experience with Altium
Masters or PhD with 5+ years
Knowledge of MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464
Experience in development under ARP-4754, DO-254, DO-178
Experience in DO-160 Environmental testing
