Talent & Recruitment Coordinator

As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a Talent & Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring efforts and strengthen our relationships with law schools, colleges, and professional associations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting for attorneys, staff, and summer associates (job postings, resume review, scheduling, candidate communication).
• Manage offer letters, background checks, and pre-hire due diligence.
• Support campus recruiting efforts and career fairs.
• Plan and manage the Summer Associate Program (orientation, training, social events, assignments, evaluations).
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and vendors on recruiting materials and events.
