Qualifications :
Min 5 years of related experienceAbility to evaluate combined data sources, build scorecards and identify trendsAbility to develop workflows for data validation and reporting, automate analytics tasks, and create dashboards for clear insightsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS / MIS),Engineering or related technical discipline.Product / Process Management - Ability to gather and document technical requirements, develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for product deployment and enhancement.Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) Performance MonitoringCommunication and Collaboration - the ability to foster open dialogue and cross-functional teamwork to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Sharepoint and Word.Basic understanding of scripting languages such as javascript, python, groovy scripting, ruby etc.Good understanding of Azure DevOpsFamiliarity with Java and LinuxBasic understanding of J2EE, SQL, Oracle DatabaseFamiliarity with Software Development Lifecycle and AgileKey Responsibilities :
Collect and document technical requirements for product enhancementsDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverablesDevelops a strong understanding of the application and domain to perform hands-on testing of the applications / services from a technical standpoint including non-functional aspects such as load, response time, end-to-end connectivity, availability, security etc.Identifies, creates, executes, and manages test plan and test cases by evaluating functional and non-functional requirementsWhenever possible, creates test automation based on functional and non-functional requirementsManages the status of defects / enhancements in applicable change management systems or excel and provide updates to the team on a regular basisHelps troubleshoot issues that arise during project lifecycle and operationsParticipates in meetings with the business teams, and vendors as applicable, to discuss requirements, design and testing updatesCreates metrics / reports to capture test progress for projects and releasesHandles testing efforts for multiple projects / releases concurrentlyProactively identifies ways to improve testing processes and techniquesBuilds strong and sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholdersIdentifies quality risks and issues that impacts project deliveriesSurrounding team / key projects :
